College of Business Administration

The College of Business Administration (CBA) endeavors to produce graduates imbued with Christian leadership and values and who are adequately equipped with modern business knowledge, management skills,  and competencies needed for self-employment or for employment in industry, and government thus contributing to the growth and development of the nation and of the world.

Specifically, the College of Business Administration aims to:

  1. Equip students with the complete understanding and strong foundation on the concepts, principles, and best management practices in the areas of Finance, Human Resource Development, Marketing, Operations, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality and Tourism combined with Information Technology to make them more globally competitive;
  2. Assist students to acquire skills in analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making essential in managing today’s complex business environment in a scenario of global competition.
  3. Expose students to the integration of academic theory and practice through research, on-the-job training, and community outreach activities to better prepare them in their chosen careers.
  4. Shape student’s high ethical standards, and live up the values of peace, reconciliation, truth, justice, innovativeness, risk-taking, civic-mindedness and responsible citizenship.
  5. Manifest interest and concern in the major issues, thrusts and challenges of local, national and global economy and commits to make meaningful contributions to improve the quality of life of the community they serve.
