College of Criminology

In pursuance of the stated vision/mission of the school, integrated and sequential courses of study shall be planned utilizing didactic instruction, discussion, demonstration, laboratory practice, simulation, individual learning and on-the-job training with the objectives of:

  1. Providing opportunity, instruction and guided experience by which the students learn the basic knowledge and acquire the skills essential to the practice of criminology.
  2. Providing the students with the broad cultural background and an understanding of constitutional guarantees and due process requirements of law, in so far as they affect the total administration of justice.
  3. Fostering higher concepts of citizenry, accountability and Christian leadership, and understanding of one’s moral responsibility to his fellowmen, his community and his country.
  4. Encouraging research and inquiry along the field of criminology criminal justice.
