College of Public Health and Midwifery

The College of Public Health and Midwifery aims to prepare Catholic Christian Midwives who are not only equipped with scientific and medical skills to deliver health care services but also with deep seated concern  for human life anchored on the belief  in human dignity and respect and worth of man as the handiwork and masterpiece of God.

Specifically, it aims to develop:

  1. Christian, Filipino Catholic midwives who shall commit themselves to the celebration of faith – life and the transformation of the community and society they serve.
  2. Graduates with solid foundation in humanistic and Spiritual values and social conscience which will serve as their anchorage when confronted with decisions of human life.
  3. Graduates with basic scientific technical and medical skills needed in the delivery of health care services.
